Sage ID, Cloud Computing?

I am trying to set up cloud sync or access in between my surface and my desktop I saw there was a support article here https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=32162&sliceId=1

however when i try to login to it i use my normal sage login and it doesnt let me, attempted to reset password and i never receive an email that says it has been sent.

    Description



    •How to install Sage Data Cloud Connector (SDCC) for Mobile Solutions
    •Sage Data Cloud Connector connects your accounting or ERP system to the cloud and allows information to flow between your on-premise (back office) system and your Sage web and mobile applications.
    •The Sage Data Cloud Connector is used for the following Mobile Products:
    •Sage Mobile Sales
    •Sage Mobile Sales Free iPhone app
    •Sage Billing and Payment.



    Resolution




    Important! Before you install and set up Sage Data Cloud Connector, you must complete the following Steps:
    1.Create the Sage ID and Registering the Sage ID
    ◦The Creation and Registering of the Sage ID is available through the Confirmation Email received from purchasing Sage Mobile Product.
    ◾Note: the Confirmation Email will be sent to the original email used to purchase the Sage Mobile Product


    3.Once Registration is complete, click the Sage Mobile <product name> link to continue to the Sage Data Cloud Connector site
    ◦If the site does not load or is lost: sageconnector.na.sage.com/

    5.After the website loads click the Download button to start the download of the Sage Data Cloud Connector's setup.exe
    ◦The Sage Data Cloud Connector has to be installed on the host machine for the Sage Accounting Product (e.x. Sage 50 or sage 100 or sage 300 hosted computer)

    7.When download finishes, double click the Setup.exe and follow the Wizard to install the Sage Data Cloud Connector

    Note: Before logging into the Sage Data Cloud Connector, users may want to prepare there accounting or ERP system. Some versions of our Sage Accounting Products will require additional adjustments before configuring the Sage Data Cloud Connector.
