Does anybody encountered this issue? 

I'm trying to create new company (since the sole proprietorship became incorporated). I exported files from the sole proprietorship using .TXT format followed the instructions how to but when it comes to importing this is the message I received "Error importing records. The import file does not contain compatible country type."  I checked the old setting and both were set to Canada.

Any help please.
