I would like to change the description on work tickets from the "short" description to the Description for Sales, and have found the field to add in the customization application, but when I print a ticket the field is blank. (also the case with Description for Purchases)

I know the data is there because I've gotten it to print on the Work Ticket Register.

Is there something I'm missing?
