It will not show as a $0 on the line item but will show a $0 at the total on the bottom of the PO. No way to make it show a line item $0 that I know of. Many times you don't know the final total to be invoiced by the vendor (freight charges, for example) so the line just stays blank until you go in and edit the PO with the final amount.
