Notifications for Sales Order

Hi everyone,

I have turned on Tracking for Sales Orders and set up Notification Rules as well. Every time there's a change in the assignee or in the tracking status it does not show any notification to any of the selected users in the rules. 

Can anyone please guide me on how I can resolve this issue?

    Did you set up the "In Box Tab on your dashboard?

    Go to your Help Tab in Sage 50 to learn more.  Help > Help > index.  Type in My inbox.

    My Inbox

    Use this dashboard section to see what transactions are assigned to you. You can see information regarding tracking the transaction such as Status and Tracking Notes. You can change the status of transactions and/or who transactions are assigned to. You can use this section in conjunction with the Transactions by Tracking Status section to help you know where you need to concentrate energy and time in your business.

    It's possible that the filters are set to exclude that transaction. For instance, the Transaction Date Range might be set to a range that does not include the transaction. Show Transactions might be set to Assigned to another user/role. The search criteria may cause the transaction to not be included. To clear the search criteria in the My Inbox section, click Advanced Search, and then Clear Search.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have set up My Inbox already and I can view all the transactions assigned or that have changed status but I'm unable to receive any notifications in My Notifications List. I want it to show a notification to all the authorised users when the Sales Order changes status or the assignee.

    First, make sure the notification is NOT inactive.

    You will only see the notifications assigned to you. If you are not on the sales order list for status notification, you will not receive that notification.

    The notification is a little FLAG at the bottom left corner of your desktop screen. It is down by the smart posting notification. When you click on the flag, it will take you to a list of transactions on "My Notification List" (Only Transactions assigned to you)

    I am the administrator and I'm on the notification list too! Unfortunately, it's not showing up any notifications even now.

    I have to refresh my dashboard everytime to see if there's a new sales order! More help will be grately appreciated!
