Do you mean delete from the employee set-up? I think you can just un-check the "Calculated" box on the Company Field tab in the Employee record.
Is that a law in your state? I work for a non-profit and we still have to pay FUTA and SUTA.

The organization was not paying FUTA or SUTA when I took over so I researched and this is from the IRS website: "Payments for services performed by an employee of a religious, charitable, educational or other organization described in section 501(c)(3) that are generally subject to FICA (Social Security and Medicare) taxes if the payments are $100 or more for the year, are not subject to FUTA (unemployment) taxes." I took that to say that we are exempt from FUTA. I called our state unemployment office and they said that we were exempt.

Oh, you are right, no FUTA but we do pay FICA and SUTA.

If you want to turn them off, just take out the formula and uncheck the calculate box in the company field tab.
