Payroll Missing/Un-Deposited

We submitted and synced our payroll on 11/26/2019 to account for Thanksgiving this week since our pay date is 11/29/2019.

However, none of our employees received their direct deposits.  I have tried to contact iSolved with no call back (3 hours later).  I just wanted to know if anyone else is having issues with their payroll today or if there is another avenue I should take in order to figure out what happened?
