1st Quarter Form 941 Line 3 Federal income tax withheld is incorrect. Payroll Tax Liability report and Quarterly Earnings Report are correct. There are no voided payroll checks and a payroll exception report was not run. Also the 941 Schedule B was incorrect. Any ideas on why the wrong amounts?
