Same thing happened to me.  i fixed some one the issues.  Go into Maintain. Payroll.. Employee Defaults.  Employee fields and change the GL Account numbers.  My problem is.  the FICA ACCR and FICA WH are not calculating right.  

Thank you. We also had to correct the employer defaults for the Expense accounts and the liability accounts. Finally got it fixed yesterday what a nightmare.

I have seen this happen just out of the blue multiple times on two different machines where it has grouped all of the PR liabilities under one account number.....has anyone had a repeat of this?
