S corporation 100 shareholder

Hi,

I need to add the total of the health insurance premium the S corporation paid on behalf of 100 shareholder to the W-2 in boxes 1, 16 and in box 14. I can not find box 14 when going through the W-2 process. Is this the only way to add the insurance premium or there is anoth easier way to automatically have it added everytime a payment is made?

This is for 2021.

    I work for a S corp with 1 owner.  We don't bother reporting it on his w-2 since it will be picked up by his CPA when they do the taxes and K-1. When I get the invoice each month for health insurance, I record his portion as a separate expense from the rest of the employees so there is one account that has nothing but his health insurance costs in it.  Makes it easier for his CPA.
