The difference is the weight of the paper.  The check stock is heavier.    Just use the arrow keys and tap it into where you need it.  If it is too high, tap it down.  It does not have to be right below. A bank will cash a check if you have all of the key elements needed.

I do the arrows up, down etc which move it out of my margins on print screen, but the actual printed copy??  Nowhere NEAR where the print preview said it would be!  Blows my mind!  My OCD can't take it.  And yes, the banks have been cashing them for a few months, I'm just trying to get it fixed before the banks 'see it' and won't cash them!!

You are welcome.  When the message comes up that your item may print outside the margins, just ignore it.   And if there is a box, never notify, check it.
