2022 W2 processing after new 2023 Sage 50

I updated to Sage 50 2023 and decided to print a W2 for the one employee. I received the error in the picture. I can click ok and get to the Select a form screen but the w2 year is 2021

So I thought I would see what would happen if I clicked OK. I then get the same error as before.

I didn't have a problem before update because I printed a 2022 W2 yesterday as a test before the update.

Sorry I updated.

Has anyone else ran into this? Can I go back to the old version until I run w2s?

I am on hold online with Sage right now. I already spent half a day Monday dealing with a file error from the 2023 update. Monday was a payroll day for our employees. Now not able to prepare and print W2's.

I too need to know.

and 2014 W2/W3 is what is available on mine.

Do you eFIle? I did last year. I spoke to a Sage specialist that stayed on the phone with me as I did an update. I do not know if everyone will need to do this, but it worked for me. Go to www.aatrix.com/Sage50 and download the update. I have my W3/W2's complete now for 2022.
