Workers Comp Payroll Report Needed

I need to print a payroll summary, by employee, that shows gross payroll and overtime paid over a specific time period.    For instance,

For the period 1/1/13 - 4/30/13

Employee    Gross Wages          OT Wages

John Doe         10000                      425

Jane Doe          6500                         0

Johnny Doe     2500                       500

If I print a WC report, it separates it by employee by week and you would have to add all the weeks; if I print "totals only" it breaks down gross wages and overtime by WC category, but not by employee.  Any suggestions?

Copy and pasted this from Sage 100 forum because I am having the exact same issue in Sage 50. I would like 1 report total, and not have to do it by employee if that's possible.
