If you have a CPA that has the accountants version of Sage, they should be able to print them.  Otherwise, you would have to have an archived version that you could open to print old forms.  That's the reason it has you print a copy of each form before closing them since Sage only allows 2 years of payroll to be open at a time.  I ran into it when trying to do tax credits for employee retention after Covid.
