You would need to create a new Employee Field in the Default Info, see example for SCorp Health:  

You would then select the Adjust button for FIT and SIT and check the Field to be included in Adjusted Gross:  

You can then enter the amount under the Maintain/Employees to be factored into their PR check:

To get it into box 14, go into Payroll settings, Assign Tax Fields, W2 Fields:

I set up the employee default as noted above, added the amount needed into the employee field of 2 owners then saved, and assigned the tax field to box 14, but when test driving box 14 does not show up? Help
