Timecard Entry to a Closed Job

Hello, 
 We have noticed that we are able to post time (Payroll - Timecard Entry) to a closed job. Is there a way we can not allow time to be posted to a closed job?

There is no way to prevent that from happening completely but you could inactivate the jobs and the users could hide their inactive records which would make it less likely it from happening. -John
