2024 Upgrade

I am unable to import my timeclcok .csv file into SAGE after 2024 upgrade. I receive an error message of "cannot open I:\peachtree-Data\timeeep.csv file" . I was on the phone with tech support for an hour and we went through several steps including trying to download from the server. My time clock IT guy needs some direction as to what may have changed in the 2024 upgrade?
