You can do this by going to Help > About Sage 50 Accounting and verifying that the installed Tax Update version number is 20240101. If it doesn’t match, you can update by selecting Services > Check for Updates > Check Now, then download and install the necessary update.

If you’re using Remote Data Access, please clarify as the steps may vary. Also, the recent update includes changes to federal and state taxes, which may require specific setup instructions linked in the announcement post here.
