So far I'm only finding resources on setting up employee contributions to their health care plans so they aren't subject to federal withholding.
Perhaps to set up health care contributions like an FSA or HSA, go to Maintain > Payroll > Payroll Settings, then Benefits > Summary of Benefits, and follow the steps to add and configure the benefit, ensuring you select the taxable option for Employee Taxes if it is to be taxable.
Remember, for specific details on each benefit type and for tax adjustments, refer to the articles on setting up FSAs, HSAs, and health insurance deductions.
