Can someone please help with with setting up sick pay for CO.

It states 1 hour for every 30 hours worked not to exceed 48 hours.

I was directed to this formula, but instead of calculating 1 hour for every 30, which, for a 40 hour work week should be 1.3, it seems to be calculating, maybe accrued by the year and only doing something like .92 for a 40 hour work week.
