To specify what appears in Box 14 on the W2 Forms, you'll need to go into Maintain and then Default Information and Payroll Settings. Click on the Taxes section and then Assign Tax Fields and then click on the button for W-2 Fields. On the right side of the screen, you can pick the Payroll Field Name that is associated with what you'd like populated in Box 14. I'd like to mention that you can also do this on the fly while processing W2 Forms by adding a column to the W2 Grid, and then specifying what that column is for, and choosing the Payroll Field Name.
