I have an issue with my software, when I entered in the hours people worked it is not automatically adding up for me

Any ideas what the issue would be

    If you are referring to the Payroll Entry portion of Sage 50, the only reason why entering hours would not add up a Gross Payroll amount is if there is no rate associated with the Pay Level - which would be strange because Pay Levels don't appear for Hourly Employees without rates. You may want to reach out to Sage Support or a Certified Consultant, like us, for additional assistance with this where we can remote into your system and review the issue with you.
