Reprinting Payroll Stubs for employees

Question

I need to give an employee a history of their last 4 pay stubs. They did not save them. How can I do this?

You can open previously printed Payroll Checks through the List function at the top of the screen, in the Employees & Payroll section, in Paychecks . However , reprinting the Payroll Checks will show the same Year to Date Values on every check because that is how Sage 50 stores and reports on this information, even though the Current Period information is accurate for the check that you reprinting. As an alternative, you can print a Payroll Register for the Employee using the Date Range that they need the pay stubs to cover.
