Sage 50 - adding Payroll

I am considering purchasing Sage 50 from Amazon for my business.  We are a contractor / manufacturing business and I had used Quickbooks for 15 + years and they no longer have the version that I was using, and there new version is extremely costly.  

I would like to know if after I purchase the program, can I add the payroll feature and does anyone know an idea on the cost of that?

Does the payroll do job costing, does it calculate all taxes and do quarterly and year end reports and filings ?

    Yes, you can add payroll. Payroll ranges from $418/year for 1-10 employees, to $1,013/year for 100+ employees. E-filing is an $82/year add-on. It can post labor to jobs. It calculates all your taxes and can prepare payroll tax reports.
