I was connected to Sage HR in Sage 50 but somehow got disconnected. Now, I'm having to "Set up Sage HR" again. When I click the setup option, the spinning circle just spins and locks up everything. I have tried this numerous times. I have let it run for hours and tried connections on different internets. Has anyone else experience this issue? Any suggestions? When I call the help desk, they were not much help. Thanks in advance.

    Yes, I am still having this issue. I have no idea what to do. Every time I call the help desk, no one can help me.
