2014 FUTA

Our company generally files FUTA taxes when the payable exceeds $500. However, tax updates through March 2014 have not included the new form. Any idea when Sage will be sending that update, or do I have to do it manually?  I'm spoiled by the ease of completing tax forms in Sage!

    Hi Ccd,

    While you may need to make a deposit, the 940 is only filed annually so the form will not be updated until the end of this year or beginning of next year. To determine your liability you can either run the Payroll Tax Liability Report, or if you E-file you can use the Federal Tax Deposit (EFTPS) to record your liability and E-file.
