Bookwork, what do you use the WA QR form to report?  After the Aatrix update that was released earlier this month, there are 3 forms, 2 of which are quarterly.  There are two possible reasons, and possibly more, for this form no longer being available:

1. The form has been renamed to WA 5208 (try opening this form to see if this is the form you need)
2. The form has yet to be approved by the IRS for Aatrix to release

In either case, since Aatrix supplies the tax forms, and their corresponding updates when they are available, you may want to consider contacting Aatrix Support just to clarify.  The number is 701-746-6814.  Good luck.

Thank you for your information, the 5208 is the Ui tax form not the LNI form.  Sage advised perhaps there will be an update in mid January that will include this form.  However, I appreciate the contact info for Aatrix and will give them a call to see if they have any additional information. thank you again Happy New year
