- There is a file named taxtable.dat in your company's folder, and there is also another one in the folder above it.

- The taxtable.dat file at the root of your datapath is for Sage maintained formulas, and the one in your company's folder is the User maintained formulas.

- Essentially, you need to replace the taxtable.dat file that was accidentally overwritten during your last tax update.
