I am trying to get the Report Designer to work.  My data is loading to the Actuals sheet in the designer, just not getting the actuals to load to a drag and drop IS or BS report.  Any suggestions??

If there are any special characters (commas, apostrophes etc.) within the company name, remove them.

That was exactly it, had a " , xxx."  for company, inc.

Hey, one last question: Our chart of accounts is xxxxxx.xxx where first 6 is account and last 3 is the department.  For some reason Designer (actuals sheet)is dropping in an account XXXXXX with no "." and totaling all the departments.  Problem is that I am getting doubling of  totals.  I have tried the trees and created a tree of just each department, that works for just the department but creating a tree for just the "summay" using ?????? and can see the account in preview but no data in reports?  iIn the Account sheet I can see the segments called out 6 (account) 3 Department correctly.  Any ideas??
