How to have results go to Excel rather than a printer?

Sorry, I am being told results can only be printed. How can this be changed to have the results go to Excel rather than a printer please?

What were you trying to do when the error took place? Also, please attach a screenshot of the error, if you can.

The report results ALWAYS go to MS Excel 1st. From there you can save the file or print, your choice.
