Intelligence Reporting not working after upgrade

Hello, I recently upgraded the Intelligence Reporting software on one of our network client machines from version 2.0 to 2.2. I was told by Sage support that I would be able to upgrade by clicking the prompt to install the latest version when trying to get into Intelligence Reporting Setup > Report Manager.

Now when I try to access Intelligence Reporting Setup > Report Manager I get a message that says:

You require a license to use the Report Manager program with. Contact your business partner to purchase a license for Report Manager.

If I go into license manager, it shows that we have 3 active licenses. 

What's going on with this, and why is it preventing me from accessing Report Manager?
