Why not use the actual Check Register Report under Reports/Accounts Payable?  I have used that with many other clients and works fine for what they need.  [email protected] 

Hi, when I tried to do that all the header data and totals export in Excel.  Is there a way to not have all that data pull over to Excel?

Thanks- I am going to try and import that. It still shows the bottom total (see below) but hoping the bank will take that?

I really appreciate the help.  It's weird you can't use the import/export tool for this.

Sadly the bank won't accept it with the trailing footer. Do you know if there is any way to get rid of it vs. manually adjusting each time?

You'll have to highlight those rows and choose Delete.  I can write something in Crystal but will not sure there is any other options.  -John

We can write any report you want using Crystal reports as that can connect in and pull out the data in the background.
