That is not an actual thing in Sage. Financial statements are run as of the last day of a fiscal period. This is normally a month. If you notice the dates are for ranges of complete months. 

Thank you. In all my years I have never been able to run Financial statements for one specific day but I was told and asked to do it. The design feature in the financial statements do not give that date option.  I was trying to make sure I was not missing something.  I appreciate your answer.

You can run the General Ledger Trial Balance as of a specific day and then translate those figures for the Balance Sheet accounts into a Balance Sheet format in Excel. The out of balance amount, after the Balance Sheet accounts are filled in, would be the Net Profit/Loss from the Income Statement accounts. If you'll send the Balance Sheet to Excel, you'll have the template that you can then fill in.
