Balance Sheet Design

Question

I am needing to run a balance sheet for a specific date of 01/01/2021 but the report will not let me choose a single date. I have tried to design one to use a specific date but have not had any luck. Can anyone help?

You can run the General Ledger Trial Balance as of a specific day and then translate those figures for the Balance Sheet accounts into a Balance Sheet format in Excel. The out of balance amount, after the Balance Sheet accounts are filled in, would be the Net Profit/Loss from the Income Statement accounts. If you'll send the Balance Sheet to Excel, you'll have the template that you can then fill in.
