When one of my clients tries to export her Crystal reports to Excel she gets the following message:

Error in File Report Name {01688B15-8128-46ED-926B-F64396CE66A1}. prt: Invalid export DLL or export format.

The Excel export works fine when run directly through Crystal but does not work through Peachtree. 

Is there a specific DLL file that controls that export process that might be missing?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
