TimeStamp field format in Audit Trail table

Question

What is the TimeStamp field format when using MS Access to link to the AUDITTR.DAT (Audit Trail) table? I can&rsquo;t determine how to convert the TimeStamp field to a usable date/time format. When running the canned Sage report, it shows the date/time correctly (CST). 
 Here are two examples. TimeStamp is what shows in Access for the given date and times shown: 
 TimeStamp Date CST Time GMT Time 1600966981 9/24/2020 12:03 PM 18:03:00 1604413757 11/3/2020 8:29 AM 14:29:00 
 Does the Sage 50 SDK have built in provisions to convert this field to something usable? Prefer not to convert all my existing Access reports.

The TimeStamp value is the number of seconds that have passed since 1/1/1970 12 am. 
 Most programming languages have functions to add seconds to a datetime variable.
