Sage 50 API is slow when our logic updates invoice freight amount and the invoice has a fair number of line items.

Tested with 23 line items and having 1.9 seconds with just updating customer notes, 6.4 when updating customer notes and freight amount.

No such delay when I test in Sage 50 UI.

Process monitor shows added read/write of General.dat and a few other tables like Customer.dat when updating freight amount.

Maybe somebody could give a piece of advice? Any setting we could use to disable some feature that might not be needed?

A client reported this in version 2013 (SR-1; build 20.0.01.1104), I can replicate with Sage 50 Accountant Edition 2016, build 23.0.00.0090.
