Sage50 2015.3 SDK Not working with Sage 50 2016.0

Hi


We have developed a windows application using Sage50 2015.3 SDK to communicate with Sage50 Application. Recently we have upgraded the Sage50 2015 to Sage50 2016. After that the application we developed using Sage50 2015.3 is not working. It throws error as "Could not load file or assembly 'Sage.Peachtree.API, Version=2015.3.0.248, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d06c16dde04d83e4' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
File name: 'Sage.Peachtree.API, Version=2015.3.0.248"


Any help/suggestion highly appreciated.
