Back Up Problems in closing the Payroll Year


When I use the Year End Wizard, I get an error when trying to back up.  I can not go any further.  I get an Dynazip error #18 after about 2%.  I have tried to fix the error using the few suggestions in the Help paragraph.  Nothing worked.  I log in administrator  with all the rights and permissions,.  I have plenty of Ram.  I have shut down and brought back up etc.  Cannot get through to tech support. I need to do payroll but can't until I am able to close the 2022 year.  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
