First excuse me if this is not the right forum to submit my question.

I was given the task to research a software or service that can import 1099 info from Sage 50 US and then batch email the contractors (around 300) their 1099 forms in electronic format.

I tried to figure out if Sage 50 has a built-in feature to email 1099s, but I could not.

So far I found a software called W2 Mate (http://www.realtaxtools.com/W2-Mate.html) that can do that, but I would like to get back to my boss with more alternatives if possible.

Did anybody use this software before?

Do you know of any other solution that can do what I want?
