- Sage BusinessWorks 2023 is upgrading the database engine from Pervasive 10.3 to Actian Zen 15.1
- Ensure compatibility with any software that may use Pervasive or third-party integrations prior to upgrading
- Temporary disable your antivirus software (including items like Windows Antivirus and Trusteer) during the installation
- The install needs to make changes to the system registry and will copy files to protected locations such as the System32, System or Windows folder. Your antivirus software may consider these changes as harmful actions and block these changes during the install. If these files are blocked it may cause your program to not install successfully
