Cannot install for a user because of a different account on workstation

I have a BW user moving into a previous employees workstation. I cannot get BW to install because it was installed as an earlier version for the previous employee. I do not have means to hack into that profile to update or remove that BW instance. So, I'd like to delete the user profile from the workstation. Will that remove BW from the old profile?

    look in the KB for multiple users install you have to run the setup with a command switch (older versions ?)

    If your in a domain, try to remember to un-install BW when users leave / terminated, I don't delete the user account locally, I deactivate the user in Active Directory for a while, or I change the password
