I am upgrading from BW 2013 to BW2017.  Got all the way through installation until message came up XML and Runtime Library.  Cannot create a file when that file already exists.  In Knowledge Base solution is to uninstall BW clients and reinstall.  Will I lose data if I do this?  Sounds so easy to fix problem but I'm afraid I'm wiping everything out.  Help!
