For v2013, you are not on the latest service pack - even for that version. SP 12 for V2013 had some updates that did effect tax tables and for W2 processing. (see Knowledge Base article 47182 "Sage BusinessWorks 2013 Product Updates and Service Packs Release Notes") So I would have concerns processing W2s on the version you are on. Technically, you should be on v2015 SP 9 or V2017 no service back to be current printing the tax reports for 2016. Note: You can go straight to v2017 from V2013.
