Customization is the key for AV, being able to exempt the BW data folders & program from scans

Hi Ki,
The problem with using Webroot is that yesterday they did an update to their program that caused taskxxxx.exe files to be blocked. Please contact your IT professional to edit the scan settings to allow taskxxxx.exe files for Sage BusinessWorks. After this is done just reinstall Sage BusinessWorks on your server. This should resolve your issue.

I was on the phone with IT once and I felt like she didn't quite understand the issue then I went to Sage IT and found out what was going on then I went back to computer IT and he restored my files and "allowed" them which got the program functional but it is still showing up as infected with webroot. So not sure if I will just get rid of webroot and go back to norton whom I was with for 25+ years and never a problem!
