Yes, Sage BusinessWorks allows you to import information into the software.  For the import layouts see KnowledgeBase article #73278 Import file formats.  If you are looking to do more than just importing and are looking to integrate with Sage BusinessWorks, then see KnowledgeBase article

I would refer to article #65305 Third party software that will work with Sage BusinessWorks.  This will list products that integrate.  In addition, you can also review some of those companies to see what other integrations they may have.  Some of the contacts have developed custom program integrations for Sage BusinessWorks users.  The Third party software actually develops and supports the integration of any links they develop, so Sage would direct you to their sites for any questions.
