Database Not Connecting

When trying to connect to our database after updating from 2015 to 2019, the database was still a version 2013. When going through the database update I receive these error messages and cannot connect to the database. Any help would be appreciated.

    Your error regarding the coconverter.dll indicates the company database .DDF files are damaged and must be replaced.  To resolve contact Sage Customer Support by calling 800-447-5700 to schedule data analysis.  They should also be able to determine the correct path for the company you are trying to convert.
