SOLVED

Installed a new computer & a new server.  I installed Business works on the new computer and managed to restore companies ....but it will not let me log on .... One user / one user name and password.  Its telling me its an invalid user name and password?  Any suggestions?

    I agree with Vince - you would want to restore a system backup. The System backup includes the user logins and rights, BusinessWorks registration, and your custom forms. To restore the System backup on your new computer, login to the SAMPLE company first. Then go to File, Restore and restore the System backup.
