New to Sage BW 2015. we have sage installed on Win 2008 r2. I've restarted the server a few times and no luck. 
I need to get this user's task unstuck. The task in question is :Enter invoices

I've gone thru your help files hoping to kill the open file from share and storage mgmt and no luck. 

The user logs out and all of the open files are closed as they should be yet that isn't correct. Something is stuck somewhere. 

When i run the network status report, he continues to show up. This has been ongoing since Feb 9th. 
There are no options to end task that i can find and i have Manager level access. 

Is this local issue to his machine? 

Looking for a quick resolution as its holding us up in closing out January 2021.
