This is a reported issue in V2021 that our engineers are still reviewing for a fix.  You can try highlighting the notes and copying and pasting to a MS Word document as a possible workaround.  Another possible option is the PR, Employees, Employee Master List, although a long report, does give you an option to Print Notes or not.

I have other issues in different modules with Report Groups not printing.  This must be related to the same fix?  Are they aware that the reports still do not print from Report Groups?

Yes, this issue has been reported and they are still working on it.  Here is the article if you would like to follow it.  Errors will occur when printing or previewing any report group in Sage BusinessWorks 2021 (107372).  The work around for now is to print the reports directly from the respective modules.
